NO BS Boss Menu & POS

A full-screen boss menu for jobs and gangs - roster, hiring, finances, ranks, invoices, analytics and logs - with a customer card machine, duty tracking and Discord logging, on QBCore, Qbox, ESX or ND Core.

One page for the whole organisation

The menu opens from a ped or zone you place per job, or from /bossmenu. The roster stays on the left, the tab in the middle and the actions on the right, so a boss never loses sight of who is on shift.

• Overview: society balance, members online, employee of the week, invoices due, recent activity, and a "your access" list of what the player's grade may do
• Members: search the roster, hire by server id or identifier (offline hiring optional), promote, demote, pay a bonus or let someone go
• Ranks: the job's grade ladder with salaries and who holds each rank
• Q and E cycle the tabs, ESC closes

Society money and the ledger

Deposit into and withdraw from the society account with quick amounts, and read every movement on the ledger with the actor's name on it.

• Choose where society money lives: this resource's own table, or an adapter for qb-banking, okokBanking, crm-banking, wasabi_banking, esx_society, LGMods_Banking, p_banking or no-bs-banking
• Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, invoice and tip revenue are all logged
• Grade thresholds per action, with per-job overrides

Card machine and invoices

An employee raises an invoice for a customer; the customer sees a card machine with the items, a tip choice and a signature acknowledgement, and pays by card or cash or declines.

• Tip presets and a maximum you set; tips go to the employee
• Invoices expire after a configurable time and show on the boss's debt list; a cancel callback is included, but the page has no cancel button yet
• Registers per job and a portable card machine item
• Note: this version ships the customer payment screen, the debt list and the invoice callbacks; the in-page invoice creation form is not included yet (invoices are raised through those callbacks, for example from a phone app)

Duty, analytics and logs

• /duty clocks shifts in and out; duty peds per job
• Analytics: duty hours per day, top employees, weekly totals and revenue, employee of the week by hours or revenue
• Every hire, fire, promotion, demotion and money movement is logged with actor, target and amount, with filters
• Discord embeds for the actions you choose

Bar Register for lawyers (with NO BS Wallet)

New in 1.6.0. With no-bs-wallet 1.3.0 or newer, the lawyer job's boss menu keeps the register of Bar Cards instead of City Hall (two lines in the wallet's config stop City Hall issuing them).

• Everyone who holds a Bar Card, with card number, status, who issued it and the dates
• Issue a card to an employee or someone standing with you, suspend it for a set number of days or revoke it (each with a reason picked from your list), or restore it
• Start the bar exam for someone standing with you; they sit it on their own screen and Issue checks the pass
• Grades per job and action (judges can be given view and revoke only); leaving the job destroys the card, and a revocation is binding
• Every action is checked on the server and written to the boss menu log

Admin tools and roster sync

• /clearjob and /cleargang wipe a business for an ownership transfer, with a dry-run preview, two-step confirmation, protected jobs and an optional JSON backup
• Hire, fire, promote and demote are mirrored into g-multijob, qbx_multijob, wasabi_multijob, jim-multijob, fs_multijob, Renewed-Multijob, cd_multijob or esx_multijobs
• Optional job guard (Qbox with g-multijob) stops fired staff swapping back in from the multijob menu
• Optional hook for your own police lockdown resource closes a locked-down business's boss menu

Requirements

ox_lib and oxmysql, ox_target or qb-target, and one of qbx_core, qb-core, es_extended or ND_Core (auto-detected). Optional: an inventory for the card machine item, a banking resource from the adapter list (society money works without one), a multi-job resource, no-bs-wallet 1.3.0 or newer for the Bar Register, no-bs-hud-v3 for the accent colour link. The supplied job table holds stock Qbox examples at stock locations; replace them with your own jobs and coordinates. The Bar Register's grades assume a five-grade lawyer ladder, so add grades to the stock lawyer job or lower the numbers.

What you can edit

config.lua (jobs and gangs, permissions, POS, tipping, analytics, webhook switches, the Bar Register, the optional modules), server/secrets.lua (webhook URL), the five framework bridges, the SQL file and the whole web/ interface, which also has a browser preview (index.html?demo=1). A changelog with upgrade notes comes with every version.
