Pillbox Hill, rebuilt as a real hospital.

RHS Pillbox Hill Hospital replaces the Pillbox Hill Medical Center with a full British hospital over three floors. There's an A&E with its own street entrance and ambulance station, imaging and an MRI suite, outpatients, two theatres and a ward, joined by lifts and stairs.

Every department, under one roof.

• 49 rooms on three floors plus the stair core, joined by 83 portals.
• Lower Ground (A&E): A&E reception and waiting with its own street entrance, triage, majors and minors, resus, A&E staff base, X-ray, CT scanner with imaging control, pathology lab, mortuary, public WCs.
• Ambulance station: a garage with two automatic roller shutters and a crew room.
• Ground floor: main entrance and reception, cafe, pharmacy, outpatients with three consulting rooms and an examination room, MRI scanner with control and preparation rooms, doctors' office, meeting room.
• First floor: Ward A with four side rooms, two theatres with anaesthetic rooms, theatre reception, transfer and recovery, consultants' offices, doctors' mess, staff room, changing and showers, utility.

Furnished, not empty.

• 289 custom models, including MRI and CT scanners, beds, theatre equipment, desks, furniture and signage.
• Stock GTA props placed room by room, for about 2,600 placed pieces inside.
• The RHS facade, banner, A&E fascia and ambulance station sign outside, with entrance lighting tuned for day and night.

Moves like a real building.

• Two lifts serving every floor (E up, G down).
• Automatic doors: the main entrance and A&E sliding doors and both garage roller shutters open as you walk or drive up.
• NPC blocker that keeps ambient peds out of the hospital rooms. Players and mission peds are never touched.
• The hinged hospital doors are normal GTA doors, so ox_doorlock or qb-doorlock can lock them.
• Each script can be turned off in config.lua.

Your name on the building.

The hospital name and logo ("RHS", "Royal Health Service", "Pillbox Hill Hospital") live in readable texture dictionaries: the A&E fascia, ambulance station sign, kiosk and reception screens, wayfinding signs and posters. A PNG branding kit with matching names and sizes is included, so you can put your own hospital name on it.

Ready for your server.

Standalone: no framework, database or other resource needed. Requires FXServer artifact 5181 or newer and game build 3258 or newer (sv_enforceGameBuild 3258). Files for build 3570 and newer are included. Remove any other Pillbox Hill hospital MLO.

Edited GTA files ship unencrypted in stream/vanilla/ and are listed in the README, so Vertex Hub can merge them with your other maps.
