El Burro Heights, rebuilt for the fire service.

The old fire station next to St Fiacre Hospital is cleared, apart from its brick drill tower, and replaced by a modern two-storey British fire station: five glazed appliance bays, a full set of kit, training and crew rooms, and a yard with a helipad.

Everything a station needs.

• 29 rooms in one interior, joined by 55 portals.
• Appliance hall: five drive-through bays behind glazed sectional doors, bay numbers and walkway markings, two fire poles from the first-floor gallery, high-bay lighting and painted murals.
• Ground floor: fire kit room with PPE racks and turnout gear, decon and drying room, BA room with a cylinder fill station, workshop, hose store, crew entrance and stair hall, gym, locker rooms, showers and WCs, watch room, double-height reception, Station Manager's office, and a mess with a full kitchen.
• First floor: gallery over the bays, crew lounge, games room, training room, Watch Manager's office, six rest rooms and a washroom.
• Outside: a concrete bay apron with a dropped kerb across all five bays, paved frontage and lawns, an entrance canopy, a flagpole and flags, and a rear yard with parking, a helipad, an RTC training pad, training containers and a cycle shelter.

Furnished, not empty.

• About 680 placed props, doors and fittings: custom door plates, posters, notices, a turnout screen and painted murals, British extinguishers, an AED and a key cabinet, plus stock GTA furniture, laid out room by room with clear walking routes.
• Murals painted into the blockwork: the station crest, "Courage, Pride, Professionalism", then and now, "Proud to serve El Burro Heights", the four watches, the mess kettle and "Fit for duty".
• Tuned for day and night: room lighting and timecycles, wall lights over the bay doors, and the old station's distant lights removed so nothing glows where it no longer stands.

Moves like a real station.

• Glazed sectional bay doors that open as you walk or drive up, from the street or from inside the hall.
• Automatic glass entrance doors. The other exterior doors are registered in the game's door system, so ox_doorlock or qb-doorlock can take them over.
• NPC control: the old station's fire-truck spawn is gone, and ambient cars, scenario peds and parked cars are kept off the station, the yard and the frontage. Players, their vehicles and anything spawned by a script are never touched.
• The bay doors open for any player; there is no job lock. Every setting lives in config.lua.

Your service on the walls.

The crest, murals, door plates, posters, screens and flags live in readable texture dictionaries. A PNG branding kit with matching names and sizes is included, so you can put your own fire service on them. The station name on the front is 3D lettering built into the building.

Ready for your server.

Standalone: no framework, database or other resource needed. Requires FXServer artifact 5181 or newer and game build 2545 or newer (tested on 3258). Files for build 3570 and newer are included. Remove any other El Burro Heights fire station MLO.

Edited GTA files ship unencrypted in stream/vanilla/ and are listed in the README, so Vertex Hub can merge them with your other maps. Ready-merged files for running it alongside NO BS San Andreas Highways are included.
